i'm rereading chronicles of narnia,
and one of the things i've been thinking about a lot is when (in the lion, the witch, and the wardrobe) mr. beaver is taking lucy, edmund, susan, and peter to meet the lion, aslan. and lucy asks "is he safe?" and mr. beaver goes, "safe? of course he's not safe. but he's good."
